Mr. Paul David Haley, age 56, of 4414 Stonebridge Road, Lavonia, died Saturday, August 12, 2006 at Athens Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
Born May 13, 1950, in Franklin County, he was a son of Carolyn (Mauldin) Haley and the late Tesla Haley. He was a poultry farmer. Mr. Haley was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother; wife: Brenda (Adams) Haley; daughters: Paula Haley Buck of Lavonia and Ashleigh Haley Finger of Charlotte, NC; brother: Philip Haley of Carnesville; sister: Suzanne Spears of Lavonia;half brother, Mark Haley of N.Y. State and half-sister, Loretta Sturdivant of N.Y. State. Three grandchildren: Devin, Chance, and Brock also survive.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. from the Family Life Center of Lavonia First Baptist Church with Dr. Larry Finger and Rev. Richard Bielski officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens – North.
The body is at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends Monday 3:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Flowers are optional or memorials may be made to the Lavonia First Baptist Church Building Fund, 95 Bowman Street, Lavonia, GA 30553. The family will be at the home.
