Mr. William Ralph Vickery, 78, of Laurel Drive, Hartwell, died Friday, October 17, 2014 at Brown Health & Rehab in Royston GA.
Born on September 2, 1936 in Hartwell GA, he was the son of the late Hob Vickery and Eloise Ellaree Atkinson Vickery.Mr. Vickery was retired from Monroe Auto Equipment Co.
Survivors include his two sons: Randy Vickery and Gary Vickery both of Hartwell; a brother: Farris "Bebe" Vickery of Hartwell and four grandchildren.Mr. Vickery was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Ruby Stone Vickery and a brother: Ray Vickery.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
