Mr. Harold Randolph "Randy" Haley, 66, of Joy Lane, Hartwell, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospice House in Watkinsville, GA.

Born on October 22, 1948 in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late William "Bill" Haley Sr. and Kathleen Mauldin Haley Brewer. He was a sales representative for the textile equipment industry and was of the Methodist faith.Mr. Haley was a US Marine veteran serving in the Vietnam War as a Lance Corporal.He also was a member of the Hartwell VFW and a former Post Commander.

Survivors include his wife: Karen Ann Haley; one son: Ryan E. Haley and Jennifer of Hartwell; one daughter: Andrea Jay and Marc of Jefferson, GA; two grandchildren: Joshua and Jeremiah Jay; one brother: Fred Haley of Greenville, SC. Mr. Haley was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: Bill Haley and one sister: Sandra Haley Kerr.

Memorial services will be Friday April 3, 2015 at 4:00 pm at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home in Harwell with the Executive Minister Glenn Cole officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 prior to the service.The family is at their respective homes.Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
