John Randall "Randy" Spencer, age 63, of Carnesville, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.

Born October 20, 1961, in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Hugh Randall and Betty Allen Spencer. He was a self-employed master-of-many trades. He loved wood working, painting, drawing, working on cars, gardening & any handyman project that came up, he was also a collector of antique things.

He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law: Brandi & Keith Lumpkins; grandchildren: Izaiah Allen, Hendrix Allen, Brandon Spencer, Adrionna Spencer, Kailey Lumpkins, McKenna Lumpkins, & Noah Lumpkins; great grandson: Nolan Spencer; sisters & brothers-in-law: Annette & Jeff Bryant, Teresa & Michael Thomas, Missy & Mike Brooks, Jennifer Spencer; many nieces & nephews; and his feline companions: Big Boy, Prissy & Rattler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Alexius Spencer and his brother: David Spencer.

The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Encounter Church in Toccoa with Rev. Bradley Collins officiating, Burial will follow in Old Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Encounter Church on Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The following Gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Adam Spencer, DJ Spencer, Bradley Gerrells, Eric Thomas, Drew Bryant & Brandon Spencer.
