Mr. Rayburn K. Hensley, II, age 57, of 1080 W. Main St, Bowersville, GA, died Monday, January 11, 2010.
Born August 27, 1953 in Fort Knox, KY, he is the son of Jean Elkin Lowery of Hartwell, GA and the late Rayburn K. Hensley.He was a self employed Photographer for Avenue West Studios and was a U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran.
He is survived by Mother; wife, Cindy Cheek Hensley of the home; Stepdaughters, Melissa A. Turpin of Bowersville, GA and Victoria R. Carpenter and her husband Bryan of Bowersville, GA and one grandchild, Dominick "Nick" Turpin.
Private Memorial Services will held on Friday, January 15, 2010 at Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel.Rev. Connie Ivester will officiate.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Flowers are optional; Memorials may be made to Bowersville Baptist Church, P.O. Box 26, Bowersville, GA30516.
