Mr. Frank Rhett Wilson, 64, of Margaret Circle, Canon, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center, Athens.
Born on October 16, 1953 in Anderson SC, he was the son of the late Frank Dent Wilson and Clara Shiflet Wilson.Rhett was a retired screen printer with Anderson Screen Printing, a Mechanic and loved working on Guitars.
Survivors include his wife: Susan Hawkins Wilson; a son: Robert Mercer of Starr SC; a daughter: Kala Sanchez and her husband Bryan of Stafford VA and three grandchildren: Tyler Foster, Adam Cimino and Elaina Sanchez.Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by a daughter: Heather McCullough.
A gathering to celebrate Rhett's life will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Abundant Life Baptist Church.Everyone is invited to bring a covered dish.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in the name of Heather McCullough to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 2859 Paces Ferry Road SE, Suite 725, Atlanta, GA 30339, or Autismspeaks.org.
