Ms. Rhonda Renee Haley, 48, of Elberton GA, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at her home.

Born on September 12, 1977 in Royston GA, she was the daughter of Ronnie Vaughn and Theresa Haley Fowler.  Rhonda was employed at Cobb Vantress and was of the Baptist Faith.  She also loved going to the gym and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Survivors include her parents: Ronnie Vaughn of Hartwell, and Theresa Fowler (Tony) of Bowersville; three children: Taylor Craft of Athens, Haley Craft and Hannah Craft both of Hartwell; a brother: Cory Vaughn; her fiancée: Rex Vickery of Elberton and her fur baby: Tink.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Kenneth & Joann Vaughn and her maternal grandparents: Geneva Porterfield & Jerry Porterfield and Hugh Haley.

Rhonda wished to be cremated and the family will have a visitation to remember Rhonda at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Other times the family will be at their respective homes.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
