Ms. Rhonda Wilson O'Barr, 57, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at St. Mary's, Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia.

Born on November 10, 1965 in Anderson SC, Rhonda was the daughter of the late Donald Wilson and Ella Jean Smith Harmon.  Ms. O'Barr was a graduate of Hart Co. High School, Class of 1983, and a member of the Hartwell First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her two daughters: Serena Welborn and Megan Fleeman both of Hartwell; two brothers: Chris Wilson and Tim Wilson both of Hartwell; a sister: Stephanie Mattison of Anderson SC; five grandchildren: Cade Welborn, Brantli Moore, Ford Fleeman, Blakely Fleeman and Nova Welborn; a niece: Kandice Harper and two great-nephews: Trexton and Maddox.  Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents and a step-father: Thompson Harmon.

Rhonda wished to be cremated and the family will receive friends Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at their respective homes.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
