Mr. Robert James Wieller, 55, of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at his home.

Born on December 31, 1967 in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Richard Edmond Wieller and Barbara Vandiver Phillips.  Mr. Wieller was formerly employed by Clark-Schwebel in Anderson, SC, and the Timken Company in Honea Path, SC. Robert was of the Baptist faith, loved bowling, wrestling, cooking, and had a good sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife: Patricia Louise Bryant Wieller of Hartwell; son: Jonathan Bryant of Elberton; daughter: Tiffany Wobbe of Anderson, SC; step-father: Gary Phillips of Hartwell; brother: John K. Wieller (Pamela) of Bowersville; father-in-law: Carlton Bryant of Elberton; one grandchild: Matthew Rowland; four brothers-in-law: Ricky Fisher of Hartwell, Frank Tesar of Ocean City, MD, Chris Bryant of Elberton, and C.J. Bryant of Anderson, SC; and two nephews, two great-nephews, six nieces, and four great-nieces also survive. Mr. Wieller is preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters: Jean H. Fisher and Jane H. Tesar.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at their respective homes.

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Wieller will be Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Eric Boyd officiating.  Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
