Mr. Robert Harold Willet, 87, of Ridge Road, Hartwell, died Sunday, December 8, 2013 at his home.
Born on February 13, 1926 in Irwin Tennessee, he was the son of the late Kenneth M. Willet and Marjorie Manning Willet.Mr. Willet was a retired Civil Engineer for the State of New York and a U.S. Army WW II veteran.
Survivors include four sons: Richard Willet of Canada, Robert (Anne) Willet of Fishers IN, Donald (Jill) Willet of Charlotte NC and Stephen (Sharon) Willet of Atlanta; two daughters: Lynne (Jeff) Moorman of Seattle WA and Laura (John) Angle of Winston Salem NC; a sister: Mary Hinchliff of Santa Cruz CA; nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive.Mr. Willet was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Woodcock Willet.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
