Mr. Robert Paul Winchell, age 83, of Toccoa, died Monday, March 28, 2011 at Stephens County Hospital.
Born March 20, 1928, in Batavia, NY, he was the son of the late Ray Winchell.He worked in sale with the J. C. Penny Company and was of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by wife: Isabell Burns Winchell; and sister: Mildred Martinus of Hilton, NY.
Mr. Winchell's wishes were to be cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
