Rocky Sterlin Caudell, age 34, of Martin, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at his home.
Born October 10, 1985, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Leslie "Les" Caudell and the late Beverly Jo (Burdette) Caudell. He was a self-employed electrician and owned and operated Rocks Bullies, a breeding kennel for bulldogs. Rocky was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his children: Chaniyah Caudell and Kelan Caudell; brother: Shane Caudell; nephews: Dalton Caudell and Colt Caudell; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Chuck Burnette officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the service. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Jamie Burdette, Levey Green, Tim Mroz, Curt Patterson, Jerry Phillips and Ocilla Tabor.
