Mr. Ronald Martin "Ron" Schultz, 79 of Greenway Upholstery Road, Hartwell, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at his home.

Born on March 10, 1945 in Hartwell GA, he was the son of the late Dozier Schultz and Agatha Atkinson Schultz.  Ron retired after 30 years of service from BASF - Anderson Plant, then went on to own & Operate Ron's Lawn Service and Ron's Landscape Supplies.  He loved Bird Hunting, Field Trials and Fishing.  He was also a lifelong member of the Reed Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife: Frankie McCollum Cain; a daughter: Rhonda Gordon (Ken) of Canon; two sisters: Linda Kay Cleveland and Lura Gray both of Hartwell; two grandsons: Jake Temples and Justin Temples (Elizabeth Sanders); two great-grandsons: Jace and A.J. Temples and his beloved dog: Hank.  Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a son: Randall M. Schultz.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 29, 2024 from 11:00 to 12:00 noon at the Reed Creek Baptist Church. Other times the family will be at the home.

Funeral services for Mr. Ron Schultz will be Monday, July 29, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Reed Creek Baptist Church with Mr. Mitch Slayton officiating.  Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
