Mr. Ronald Jack "Ron" Clausen, 73, of 94 Westwood Circle, Hartwell, GA, died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, GA.

Born December 10, 1934 in Ludington, MI, he was the son of the late Stanley O. Clausen and Catherine Lagesen Clausen.He was a graduate of Western Michigan University with a BA in Business; former manufactures representative for the Automotive Aftermarket Industry and retired as a Real Estate Agent/Broker. He was a member of the American Legion Post 109; member of Hartwell First United Methodist Church and the New Kids on the Block Sunday School Class. He was also a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.

His survivors include:Wife, Jane Johnson Clausen of the home; Son, Steve Clausen and his wife Jenny of ; Daughters, Mary Noland and her husband Mike of Buford, GA; and Jennifer Wilson of Duluth, GA; Brother, Stanley Clausen of Clearwater, FL; Sister, Joan Maclan of Ludington, MI; Five grandchildren, Amanda Clausen, Brandon Clausen, Amber Nolan, Jessica Noland, and Chadwick "Chad" Wilson also survives.He is preceded in death by his Parents; Brother, David Clausen and a grandchild, Angel Clausen.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Hartwell First United Methodist Church.Pastor Thomas Kenny will officiate.The family will receive friends at the church following the service.The family is at the home.
