Mr. Ronald Dixon "Ronnie" Winn, 56, of 2536 Whitehall Road, Anderson, SC, died Tuesday, October 29, 2007 at his home.
Born June 15, 1951 in Franklin County, GA, he was the son of the late Warren Pierce Winn, Jr.He was a Self Employed Electrician and Plumber. He was a member of Austin Road Baptist Church, Honea Path, SC.
He is survived by his mother, Ermina Ree Hilley Dennington of Hartwell, GA; Son, Jason Winn of Lavonia, GA; Step sister, Nancy Glenn ofJefferson, GA; Step brother, Henry Mize of Douglasville, GA.He is preceded in death by his Father; Step father, Gene Dennington; Stepmother, Evelyn Bowen Mize Winn; Brother, Gerald W. Pruitt and Step brother, Richard Mize.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Mike Morris and Rev. Alvin Hodges will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1 to 2:00 p.m.The family is at the home of his mother, 155 New Prospect Road, Hartwell, GA.Flowers are optional; Memorials may be made to Oak Pointe Church, 600 Shaded Acre Ct., Pelzer, SC.
