Obituary
Miss Ruby Ellen Reynolds, age 87 of 563 Opal St., Ext., Hartwell, Ga., died Friday, July 27, 2007 at Hartwell Healthcare Center.
Born February 18, 1920 in Hart County, she was the daughter of the late George W. Reynolds and Fannie Lee Richardson Reynolds. She was retired from Hartwell Garment Company with 43 years of service. Miss Reynolds was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Hartwell.
She is survived by a sister, Hazel Guillow of Vero Beach, FL and she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Enoch, Cliff, Elmer and Herbert Reynolds and sisters, Eva Wardlaw and Neil Balmar.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the Hartwell chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Meeks and Rev. Bill Davidson will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service on Monday. The family will be at the home of Gene and JoAnn Harris, 563 Opal St., Ext. Hartwell. Memorials can be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1543 Anderson Highway, Hartwell, Ga. 30643
