Obituary
Mr. Howard "Rusty" Payton Scott, Jr., 60, of Loganville, passed away July 9, 2018 at his home.
Born on February 11, 1958 in Long Beach, NY he was the son of the late Howard Payton Scott, Sr. and Margaret Joyce Cook Scott. Rusty worked in the pest control industry before retiring in 2014. He enjoyed all sports and loved fishing.
Rusty is survived by two sisters: Patricia L. Stutts and her husband Gordon and Lisa J. Scott; nieces and nephews: Kelly Norris, Paul Stutts, Lindsay Rowe and Jordon Scott Orr; great nieces and nephews: Shelby and Payton Rowe, Dylan Buckner, Dylan and Summer Norris.Also his beloved dog Daisy.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
