Ms. Ruth Ann Bishop Martin, 59, of Arrowhead Drive, Lavonia, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home.

Born on January 20, 1960 in Greensboro GA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lee Bishop and Betty Jo Nearn Bishop.Ms. Martin was an aide at Brookdale Assisted Living.

Survivors include four sons: Paul Martin (Macy) of Lavonia, Bryan Martin (Melissa) of Dubuque IA, Brannon Turner of Denver CO and Jacob Eberhart of Crawford GA; a daughter: Autumn Dean of Roswell GA; a brother; Kenny Bishop (Cherry) of Statham GA; a sister: Donna Puckett (Franklin) of Hartwell; thirteen grandchildren: Ayden Martin, Andrew Martin, Elizabeth Martin, Elleigh Martin, Avery Martin, Rylea Martin, Brooklynne Martin, Jasper Martin, Nicholas Turner, Peter Turner, Evan Dean, Isaac Dean and Tate Dean also survive.

Ruth Ann wished to be cremated and a graveside service celebrating her life will be held Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 12 noon at Long Cemetery, Apalachee GA.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
