Sabastian Dean Monnier, age 33, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.

Born October 21, 1991, in Gwinnett County, GA the son of Eric Monnier and Rhonda Howington Monnier. He was a dedicated husband, father & son. A very unique and one-of-a-kind person. He enjoyed making people laugh, always spoke his mind and never cared what people thought.

He is survived by his wife, Shaia Monnier; parents, Eric (Rhonda) Monnier: children: Stryder, Carson, Addy, Floki & Liam; siblings, Tim Moose (Jessica) & Brandy Monnier; grandmother, Ann Monnier; uncle, Robert Monnier, Jr.; and best friends, John "Asian" Sertain & Michael Gray. He was preceded in death by his brother: Nicolas Duane "Nick" Monnier & grandfather: Robert Monnier.

The family chose cremation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
