Mr. John Samuel "Sam" Snow, 71, of Savannah, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2023, at Riverview Health & Rehab Center in Savannah.

Born on April 30, 1953 in Decatur, GA, he was the son of the late Nelson Lee Snow Jr. and Ruby Tyson Snow. Mr. Snow was a commercial painter and also worked in pest control.

Survivors include his three sons: Tim Snow of Bowersville, GA, Chris Snow of McDonough, GA, and John Williams of Georgia; one brother: Bill Snow of Lawrenceville, GA; one sister: Judy Dodson of Lake City, GA; and seven grandchildren. Mr. Snow is preceded in death by his parents; one son: Josh Snow; and one sister: Janice Hall.

It was Mr. Snow's wishes to be cremated and a service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Wages & Sons, Stone Mountain Chapel, 1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain, GA 30083, 770-469-9811.
