Mrs. Sandra Floyd Risner, age 63, of 2210 Lavonia Hwy, Bowersville, GA, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at her home.
Born January 14, 1947 in Franklin Co., GA, she was the daughter of the late William C. Floyd and Ethel Bennett Floyd.She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, Carnesville, GA.
She is survived by:Husband, James T. Risner of the home; Sons, William C. Ankerich of Carnesville, GA and Chad Ankerich of Hartwell, GA; Stepdaughters, Stephanie Norton of Hartwell, GA and Vickie Hendrix of Canon, GA; Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.She is preceded in death by her Parents and a son, Michael Risner.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Johnny Stowe and Mr. Fred Greenway will officiate.Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Thursday night from 6 – 8:00 p.m. The family is at the home.
