Mrs. Sara Jane (Fielder)Madore, age 58, of Martin, died Thursday, September 22, 2011 at her home.
Born December 13, 1952, in Auburn, GA, she was the daughter of the late John Everett Fielder and Eula Mae (Sorrels) Casper. She was chairman of the Tender Love of Christ Ministry. Mrs. Madore was of the Holiness faith.
She is survived by her husband: Patrick Joseph Madore; daughter: Towana Harvey; sons: Mickey Corpening and Calixto Bonilla, Jr.; sisters: Esther Ann McDaniel, Babbie Miracle Griswell, and Delores Hall; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers: Charles Fielder and Earl Fielder.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lavonia City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other hours the family will be at the home of Towana and Kirk Harvey.
