Mrs. Sara Ann Teasley Partain, 78, of Elberton Hwy, Nuburg Community, Dewy Rose, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at Hartwell Health & Rehab.

Born on December 16, 1939 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Harold B. Teasley and Susan Frances Harper Teasley. Mrs. Partain was retired from Belk's of Hartwell and was a homemaker.She was also a member of the Bethesda United Methodist Church and attended Goldmine Church of God.

Survivors include her husband: Robert W. Partain; a son: Tim Partain of Dewy Rose; two daughters: Selena Jones of Bowman and Nora Scoggins of Dewy Rose; two sisters: Jane Stone of Anderson SC and Mary Harris of Elberton; five grandchildren: Monica Collier, Maranda Segars, Ethan Partain, Haley Partain and Tiffany Partain and six great-grandchildren: Emily Collier, DeAndrea Collier, Sara Segars, Randy Partain, Kami Partain and Keelin Partain also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Gary Thompson officiating.Burial will be in the Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.
