Shancie Alana Vickery, 19, and Skyla Aubreea Vickery, 2, of Lou Gurley Road, Bowersville, died Sunday, January 4, 2015.

Shancie was born July 1, 1995 in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of Mark A. Vickery and Pamela Parham Vickery.Skyla was born October 27, 2012 in Athens, GA, she was the daughter of the late Shancie Alana Vickery.

Shancie is survived by her parents: Mark A. Vickery and Pamela Parham Vickery; one brother: Jessie Vickery of Athens, GA; her paternal grandmother: Betty Vickery Payne of Hartwell; her maternal grandmother; Linda B. Parham & her companion Donald Boles of Hartwell.She was preceded in death her paternal grandfather: Schafer Vickery Sr. and her maternal grandfather: Lewis Parham.

Skyla is survived by her grandparents: Mark A. Vickery and Pamela Parham Vickery; one uncle: Jessie Vickery; paternal great-grandmother:Betty Vickery Payne and her maternal great-grandmother: Linda B. Parham.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with the Rev. Terry Meeks and Rev. Daniel Walters officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Garden of Prayer.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.The family is at the home.
