Obituary
Mrs. Sheena Harrington Thompson, 61, of 96 Norris Drive, Hartwell, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at her home.
Born on November 17, 1949 in Macon, GA, she was the daughter of the late Roy Harrington and Jessie Buchanan Harrington.She was a food technologist for Kraft Foods and was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.Mrs. Thompson was also a Master Gardener.
She is survived by her husband: Charles E. Thompson; one son: Michael Thompson of Hartwell; two daughters: Laura Katz and her husband, Jay, of Roswell, GA, and Natalie Horne and her husband, Chad, of Lawrenceville, GA; one sister: Carol Crowe of Soperton, GA; and four grandchildren. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents.
Celebration of Life services will be held Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Athens Country Club, 2700 Jefferson Road, Athens, GA.
