Mr. Sherell L. Mullinax, age 67, of Martin, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.
Born February 20, 1949, in Royston, he was the son of the late L.B. "Speedy" and Callie (Hall) Mullinax. He was a US Army Veteran and was a Monorail Operator for Milliken. Mr. Mullinax was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister: Cindy Greenway and niece: Crystal Lawrence.
He is survived by his sister & brother-in-law: Judy & Terry Smith; niece: Donna Cape; nephews: Jason Winn & Patrick Greenway, and great niece: Emily Lawrence.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Lavonia City-Burgess Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Moore officiating and with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon beginning at 1:00 p.m.
