Obituary
Mrs. Shirley Marie Bond Tench, 53, of 120 Brickyard Rd, Lavonia, died Monday, February 8 at Cobb Memorial Hospital.
Born on November 9, 1956 in Franklin Co. GA, she was the daughter of James A. Bond, of Townville, SC. and Gladys Temples Bond, of Hartwell.She attended Price Chapel Church of God.
Survivors include her parents, one son, Shannon Rogers Tench of Rockwood Tn. two daughters, Angela Wilson, and Melissa Fleeman both of Hartwell: three brothers James Stewart Bond and David R. Bond both of Athens, Scott Bond of Springfield, Mo. Four Grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be Thursday, February 11, 2010 2:00 p.m. at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park with the Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service. The family is at the home of Gladys Bond, 171 Maret St. Hartwell.
