Mrs. Shirley Sue Yeargin Vickery, 75, of Stillwaters Road, Hartwell, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at her home.
Born on January 17, 1946 in Hartwell, GA, she was the daughter of the late Bill Yeargin and Minnie Baldwin Yeargin. Mrs. Vickery was an Avon consultant and a beautician.
Survivors include her husband: Faris N. Vickery; two sons: Matt Vickery (Alissa) of Atlanta, Martin Vickery (Clarissa) of Toccoa; two sisters: Dorothy Sanders of Austell GA, Barbara Sanders of Hartwell; and three grandchildren.
Shirley's wishes were to be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
