Mr. Buford Stephen "Steve" Bailey, 47, of 7635 Schaffer Street, Bowersville, GA, died Sunday, June 29, 2008 at Cobb Memorial Hospital.
Born February 18, 1961 in Hart County, GA, he is the son of Charlotte "Tina" Haynes Bailey of Bowersville, GA and the late Bobby Joe Bailey, Sr. He is employed with Childs & Childs Granite.He was a member of Bowersville Baptist Church and was an avid Deer Hunter and Fisherman.
His survivors include: Mother; Wife, Deana Floyd Bailey of the home; Daughter, Keri Williams of Royston, GA; Stepson, Daniel Moore of Dewy Rose, GA; Brother, Bobby Bailey of Bowersville, GA and one grandson, Hunter Williams.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Connie Ivester and Rev. Greg Jordan will officiate.Burial will be in the Bowersville City Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 – 8:00 p.m.The family is at the home.
