Susan Marie "Sue" Kerr, age 74, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton.
She was born April 25, 1946, in Delaware, OH, to the late Chester Arther and Mary Frances (Metzger) Kerr. She worked in retail sales as a career and retired from Wal-Mart as retail manager. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughter: Christina Clutter; grandchildren: Christopher Boler and Kimberly Campbell; great-grandchildren: Matthew, Isabel, Serenity, and Izabella; brothers: Raymond and Charles; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings: Thomas, Robert, William, James, Martha and Florence.
In accordance with her request, Mrs. Kerr was cremated and the family will have a scattering ceremony in Savannah on her birthday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
