Mr. Terry Glenn Meeks Jr., 49, of Parkdale Drive, Hartwell passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 in Anderson SC.
Born October 4, 1971 in Atlanta GA, he was the son of Rev. Terry Glenn Meeks Sr. and Patsy Jane Lackey Meeks.Glenn loved being around people, hunting and fishing.He was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Hartwell.
Survivors include his parents: Terry and Pat Meeks of Hartwell; a sister: Kimberly Meeks McFadden (Trey) of West Palm Beach FL and lots of cousins.Mr. Meeks was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Jack and Opal Meeks and his maternal grandparents: David and Beadie Alexander and Robert Lackey.
A memorial service celebrating Glenn's life will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 3:00 at the Cornerstone Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Meeks and Rev. Steve Martin officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1543 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell GA 30643.
