Miss Teresa Lynn Kotal, 44, of Kotal Road, Canon, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home.

Born on December 30, 1971 in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of Geneva Harrison Kotal and the late Charles Rudolph Kotal. Teresa was an active member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church

Survivors include her mother: Geneva H. Kotal; her two brothers: Larry Kotal and Rhonda and Dennis Kotal and Denise of Canon; several nieces and nephews also survived.Teresa was preceded in death by her father; and her brother; Richard Kotal.

A funeral mass will be held Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with burial in the Memorial Garden of Prayer.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening.The family is at the home.
