Mrs. Terra Rowland Brown, 44, of Royston, passed away Monday, February 12, 2023 at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton.

Born on May 14, 1978 in Royston, GA, she was the daughter of Kenneth Rowland and Janet Bennett Reagin. Mrs. Brown was a home health aide, and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her parents: Kenneth Rowland and Janet B. Reagin, both of Bowman; grandmother who raised her: Florene Rowland of Bowman; maternal grandmother: Malvene Bennett of Bowman; son: Seth Brown (Halle) of Royston; daughter: Braelyn Wright (Auston) of Elberton; sister: Danielle Rousey of Tignall; and four grandchildren: Skylar Brown, Graelynn Brown, Bryar Scoggins, and Enosh Brown. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Oscar Rowland.

The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at the home.

Graveside services for Mrs. Terra Brown will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman with Rev. Sean Baughman officiating.

The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
