Mr. Terry Ray White, 65, of Hartwell, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025 at the Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born on June 22, 1960 in Royston, GA, he was the son of the late George William White and Vinell Byrum White.  Mr. White was a sales associate for Home Depot for 17 years, and was of the Methodist faith. He was also a member of the Nancy Hart Masonic Lodge #690, Lake Hartwell Shrine Club, and Yaarab Temple.

Survivors include his wife: Janet Royston White of Hartwell; and son: Brandon White of Hartwell. Mr. White is preceded in death by his parents and his sister: Janice White Mize.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times, the family will be at the home.

A Memorial Service with Masonic Rites for Mr. Terry White will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr, Tampa, FL 33607.
