Obituary
Mr. Timothy Harold "Tim" Moorhead, 48, of 2759 Liberty Hill Church Rd, Hartwell, died Monday, August 5, 2013 at his home.
Born on January 12, 1965 in Atlanta, GA, he is the son of James Harold "Jimmy" Moorhead and step-son of Patricia D. Moorhead of Hartwell, and Joanne Craft Lewis and step father Marion L. Lewis of Elberton.Mr. Moorhead was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include a twin brother, James Todd Moorhead of Hartwell; a sister, Karen L. Moorhead of Hartwell; four step brothers: Dean Bryson of Hartwell, Darryl Bryson of Iva, SC, Andy Lewis of Elberton, Chris Lewis of Columbus; a special friend, Robert L. Jones; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at New Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Brewer and Rev. Kathy Howard officiating.Burial will be in the New Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm just prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.The family is at their respective homes.
