Mr. Timothy Lee "Tim" Wood, age 52, of 520 Old Andersonville Rd., Hartwell, GA, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Born May 12, 1958 in Elmira, NY, he is the son of Robert Wood and Donna Sperry Wood of Horseheads, NY.He was a Carpenter.
He is survived by:Parents; Companion, Karen Kershner of the home; Son, Christopher Wood of NY; Daughter, Jennifer Kershner – Wood of the home; Brothers, Doug Wood of Horseheads, NY and Mark Wood of Chesapeake, VA and a Sister, Nancy Benjamin of Lowman, NY.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Bill Davidson will officiate. The family will receive friends after the Memorial Service.The family is at the home.
