Mrs. Troyce Clark Jones, age 92 of 9001 El Dorado Dr., El Paso Texas, and formerly of Hartwell, Ga. died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007 at her home.
Born in Hart County, she was the daughter of the late Mallory W. Adams and Patty Bray Adams. She was retired from the Hartwell Company where she was a supervisor and a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church and the Ladies One Sunday School Class.
She is survived by: daughters, Anne Clark Garrett of El Dorado, TX and Bobbie Gail Wells of Lithonia, Ga., son, John Leonard Clark of Marietta, Ga., sisters, Alice Ruth Shiflet, Warner Robbins, Ga., Eulaine Adams Thomas, Thomson, Ga., and Geneva Adams Cordell, Hartwell, Ga. (7)Grandchildren, Suzanne Biddlecome, Mallory Farmer, Mary Katherine Laliberte, Todd Clark, Lynn Osborne, Ross Garrett and Shannon Griffeth, (14) great-grandchildren, Austin, Regan and Kristen Farmer, Morgan, Kathryn and Mason Clark, Nicole and David Osborne, Wesley Singleton, Caleb Griffith, Sophia Laliberte, Greer Biddlecome, Tyler and Billy Garrett.She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, John Leonard Clark and second husband, Ray Jones and siblings, Dallas Adams Cordell, Sara Adams Bannister, Sue Adams Vickery, Janette Adams McCormack, Orin Adams and Don Adams.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the Cornerstone Baptist Church with the Reverend Terry Meeks officiating. Interment will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:30 prior to the service. The family will be at their respective homes.
