Tru Prince Jeffares-Harper, infant son of Jennifer Jeffares and Felton Harper of Hartwell, died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Stephens County Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents: Dennis and Patty Jeffares; paternal grandmother: Elizabeth Harper; siblings: Nicho Jeffares, Kaliyah Jeffares-Harper, and Fah'siyah Jeffares-Harper; godparents: Timothy and Shanana Tucker Newton; godsiblings: Shania Brown, Timothy Newton, Katelyn Newton; aunts: Casey Berryman, Talitha Thomas, Jessica Dutton, and Anndrea Terrell; and uncles: Terris Thomas, Rivers Harper, and Jack Harper. Several great aunts and uncles; and many cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by an aunt: Jessica Jeffares.
The funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Price Chapel Church of God with Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating; Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 p.m. until the service. Donations may be made to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
