Mrs. Vicki Kay (Harvey) Blair, age 63, of Lavonia, died Monday, March 17, 2014 at her home.
Born October 16, 1950, in Cowpens, SC, she was the daughter of the late: Oren and Bessie (Lamb) Harvey. Prior to disability, she worked with Tugalo Home Health as a CNA and as a Paraprofessional and Teacher's Aide with Cherokee Technical School and Franklin County Schools. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband: Philip Blair; son Mark Flynn; brother: Clark Harvey; sister: Terri Bennett; and two grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Joel Harvey; and a sister: Sandra Harvey.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. A private burial will follow in Lavonia City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the service hour.
