Mrs. Victoria Ann "Vicki" Ballejos Sherman, 47 of 830 Rock Springs Road, Lavonia, died Friday, April 5 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville.

Born on August 3, 1965 in Show Low AZ, she was the daughter of Nick Ballejos and Evila Chavez Ballejos.She was a volunteer for the Hart County Little League and of the Catholic Faith.She attended the Price Chapel Church of God.

Survivors include her parents; husband, Donald L. Sherman of the home; two daughters, Crystal Burtch and Sonja Sherman both of Lavonia; two sons, Donnie Sherman and Mark Sherman both of Lavonia; three sisters, Toni Nelson and Rosa Ballejos both of Eagar AZ and Donna Ballejos of Oak Harbor WA; a brother, Paul Ballejos of Ellijay GA; three grandchildren, Terrance Burtch, Terina Rayne Burtch and Termani Toria Rose Burtch and a adopted father, David Bragg of Royston also survives.Mrs. Sherman was preceded in death by a brother, Nick Ballejos.

Mrs. Sherman wished to be cremated and a memorial service will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Price Chapel Church of God with Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends Monday night from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m at the funeral home.The family is at their respective homes.In lieu of flowers, special memorials may be made to Hart County Little League, PO Box 385, Hartwell GA 30643 or to the Price Chapel Church of God, 45 Price Chapel Road, Lavonia GA 30553.
