Virginia Ruth Crowder Barger, age 90, of Rossville, GA, formerly of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at The Oaks of Braselton.

She was born March 27, 1932, in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Raleigh and Essie Mae Williams Crowder. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Buford, GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Barger; and sister: Coulene Crowder Clark.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Kelly & Phillip Rogers; grandchildren: Ethan & Sara Rogers, Morgan & Preston Esco, and Samuel & Caroline Rogers; and great-grandchildren: Emma Rogers, Mason Esco, and Anderson Rogers.

Mrs. Barger was cremated in accordance with her request. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 27, 2022 at Franklin Memorial Gardens North.
