Obituary
Dr. W. Scott Haugh DMD, 66, of 338 John Fleming Rd., Hartwell, died Wednesday, January 16 at his home after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born on July 16, 1941 in East Liverpool OH, he was the son of Dorothy Scott Wiggins and the late Francis Haugh.Dr. Haugh received his undergraduate degree from University of Georgia and his Doctorate of
Dentistry from University of Alabama – Birmingham.Dr. Haugh practiced until his retirement in April 2006 from his office in Lilburn.He was a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Haugh is survived by his mother; wife: Shirley Walker Haugh of the home; a son: Craig Ian Haugh of Brunswick GA; a granddaughter: Mackenzie Haugh; an uncle: Bill Scott of East Liverpool OH; mother-in-law: Catherine Walker of Lilburn also survives.
Dr. Haugh wished to be cremated and a celebration of his life gathering will be held on Saturday, January 19 and Sunday, January 20 at his home from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
