Obituary
Mr. Walter J. Stout, 83, of Cedar Creek Circle, Hartwell, died Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Hart Care Center.
Born on June 17, 1931, in Patterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Herman Stout and Bonita Struble Stout.Mr. Stout retired from the US Government as an Engineer and was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean War. He also was a member of the Society of Explosive Engineers.
Survivors include his wife: Ingrid Goehler Stout of Hartwell; two sons: John Daniel Stout of Naples, FL, Walter Joseph Stout, Jr. of Hartwell, one step-son: James L. Allen of Naples, FL; one daughter: Lynn Marie Grant of Ft. Myers, FL; four grandchildren: Nicole Stout of Hartwell, Blake Stout of Naples, FL, Hannah and Shannon Grant both of Ft. Myers, FL; one great-grandchild Cayne Stout; one brother: Edward Stout of PA and Barbara Rice of PA. Mr. Stout was preceded in death by one son: William Stout.
Memorial services will be held by the family at a later date.Memorials may be made to the Hart County Humane Society, PO Box 1062, Hartwell, GA 30643.
