Mrs. Wanda Evelyn Cabe Kellar, age 86, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at her home.

Born April 2, 1937 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Luther Stephen and Rae Alice Russell Cabe. Mrs. Kellar was a homemaker, and retired from Belk.  She was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church.  She loved the Lord and was adored by her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Family members include her daughter, Alisa Adams (Mark), of Eastanollee; her son, Chuck Kellar (April), of Gainesville; granddaughters, Julie Turpin (Matt); Katie Addison (Eddie), and Haleigh Palmer (Blake); grandsons, Nathan Adams (Loren), and Holdan Kellar (Bria); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dan Kellar; sister, Carolyn Whitlock; and brother, Donald Cabe.

Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Friday, September 15, 2023 at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Nathan Adams, Matt Turpin, Holdan Kellar, Blake Palmer, Eddie Addison, and Tate Turpin. Flowers are optional.  Memorial donations may be made to The Gideons International, c/o Stephens County Gideons, P. O. Box 663, Toccoa, GA  30577. The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm Thursday, September 14, 2023.
