Mrs. Frances Wauline Peppers Rhodes, 87, of 45 Bamboo Point Road, Hartwell, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center.

Born on May 5, 1925 in Kildare TX, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Lee Peppers and Annie Daniel Peppers.She was a retired from Southern Bell and a homemaker.Mrs. Rhodes attended the Reed Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Rhodes of Hartwell and Steve Rhodes of Ellenwood GA; four brothers; two sisters; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry E. Rhodes.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m. at Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Mrs. Penny Kelley officiating.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening.The family is at their respective homes.
