Obituary
Mr. William Allen Williamson, 65, of 205 Beaver Lodge Road, Hartwell, died Monday, August 22, 2011 at his home.
Born on August 13, 1946 in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Roscoe Williamson and Adele Overton Williamson.He was an electrical mechanic for Toyota Forklift of Atlanta and served in the United States Marine Corp.
He is survived by his wife: Judith Sutton Williamson of the home; one son: James Rouse and his wife, Lois, of Statham; two daughters: Cynthia Rucker and her husband, Scott, of Cumming and Trixy Lynn McFalls and her husband, David, of Marietta; and one sister: Sandra Tidman of Marietta. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held Friday, August 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home with Chaplin Bellamy officiating. The family is at the home.Memorials may be made out to Hospice Advantage, 135 Athens West Parkway, Suite A, Athens, GA 30606.
