Mrs. Brenda Gail Crittendon Massey, 69, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023 at her home.

Born on March 14, 1954 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Welborn Crittendon and Gaspy Cleveland Crittendon.

She is survived by her husband: Wayne Massey of Hartwell; three sons: John Harris of Hartwell, Terry Massey (Jennifer) of Hartwell, and Jeremy Massey (Samantha) of Starr, SC; and several brothers & sisters, and five grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Massey is preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Stephanie Kay Saylors; and several brothers & sisters.

Gail wished to be cremated and it was her wishes for no formal services.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
