BASIC DIRECT CREMATION PACKAGE

- Staff to respond to initial request for service
- Arrangement conference with family or responsible party
- Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits
- Filing of Death Certificate
- Notification of Social Security Administration
- Preparation and placement of free or standard obituary notices
- Transfer of remains to our facility (within a 25 miles)
- Cremation in our in-house crematory facility
- Staff assistance prior to, during, and after the services.
Please note that this package does not include any viewing for identification or closure.
CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE

- Transfer of remains to our facility (within a 25 miles)
- Sanitary Care for the Unembalmed Remains
- Private family viewing for identification and closure (limited to immediate family, a $300 value)
- Cremation in our in-house crematory facility
- Visitation (during business office hours)
- Night Viewing/Visitation available for additional expense
- Memorial service in our chapel
- Needed services of funeral director and staff (includes, but not limited to)
- Staff to respond to initial request for service
